Southdown Competition Prize Fund Payout

It is our aim to be transparent and to handle the competition prize fund payout as quickly and fairly as possible. To that end we aim to pay out prizes on the day of the competition once the competition has ended, please feel free to wait for the prize giving which is generally 1 hour after the competition closes.

Please understand that the prize fund payout is dependent on entries and if the competition entry is low we reserve the right to alter the prize fund accordingly, in the event that there are 2 or less competitors in the following classes Veterans, Ladies, Juniors and Colts we reserve the right to put the entrant in class and abandon these classes.

If you are not local and cannot wait on the day we will be please to send you your prize money cheque in the post, please call the office 01903 877555 or email Helen.drury@southdowngunclub.co.uk to arrange, please note that prize money must be collected within 3 months of the competition date.

In the event there is only 1-2 entrants in categories Ladies, Vets, Juniors or Colts, Southdown reserve the right to put entrants in class.

If you are not local to the club we would be happy to post prize money to you.  Call the office on 01903-877555 and ask for Helen to arrange.
