Our menus are crafted by Jason, a chef with over 30 years of culinary experience. Throughout his career, Jason has refined his craft by exploring global cuisines and authentic street food traditions, drawing inspiration from flavours found in markets, lanes, and kitchens around the world. Each menu reflects his dedication to quality, creativity, and food made with purpose.
We are proud to serve at Southdown Gun Club from Thursday through Sunday, as well as on competition days. Guests can enjoy expertly prepared breakfasts, signature burgers, and indulgent sweet treats, all made using quality ingredients and a commitment to consistency and flavour.
Beyond our regular service, Street Food Revolution offers bespoke catering solutions for corporate events and private functions. From refined BBQ experiences to thoughtfully curated themed lunches, we work closely with you to tailor each event to your team, your vision, and your occasion.
