Southdown High Bird Challenge 2018

Are you up for a challenge?

Have you got your eye in? If so, don’t miss the opportunity to take part in the Southdown High Bird Challenge. Test yourself on this 50 high bird flush sequence, with targets thrown from two elevated positions including our 100ft tower. The sequence will be shot from two pegs, 25 birds from each. To help you warm up, we have also put on a 25 bird Grouse Butt sequence and 25 bird Rabbit Mania sequence, to test your skills in the air and on the ground. These layouts can be shot individually or why not take on all three positions?

The High bird challenge will run from the 1^st September until 14^th December and can be shot Wednesday to Saturday (and some Sunday’s when we don’t have a competition running). It is best to pre-book, which can be done online or by phone, but it’s not essential as you can take a chance and just rock up and shoot – it’s re-entry, so carry on and shoot it as many times as you like! Your best score counts…

As well as a weekly prizes there is an amazing overall prize that will be decided on the 14^th December, worth over £4000.00 including a High Bird game day, Eley Zenith Cartridges and £500.00 in cash.

In addition to the main prizes there is a Beretta 693 Game, 12 bore over and under, worth over £2400.00 up for grabs for the first person who manages to straight all three layouts, when shot consecutively, on the same day.
