Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
If the return is due to a fault or misrepresentation, Southdown Gun Club will cover the return shipping costs.
Customers should use a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.
For any return items damaged in transit back to Southdown Gun Club the Customer is responsible for claiming reimbursement for the item value from their chosen courier/postage sender. No refund will be given for damaged items.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Exchanges:
Customers can exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
The same conditions for returns (original condition, proof of purchase) apply to exchanges.
