Returns & Refund Policy
- Returns Period:
- Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
- Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- If the return is due to a fault or misrepresentation, Southdown Gun Club will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customers should use a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.
- For any return items damaged in transit back to Southdown Gun Club the Customer is responsible for claiming reimbursement for the item value from their chosen courier/postage sender. No refund will be given for damaged items.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- Exchanges:
- Customers can exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
- The same conditions for returns (original condition, proof of purchase) apply to exchanges.
- Exclusions:
- Sale items or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
- Items returned without prior authorisation may be subject to refusal. .
