Booking Conditions

Should the customer wish to make a change to their booking:

– Bookings can be amended (date, time or number of people) up to 72 hours prior to activity (booked) date without charge. Any adjustments are subject to availability.

– Cancellations or changes within 72 hours of activity (booked) date are subject to full charge.  This includes no-shows on the day.

– A refund of a Southdown gift voucher will incur a 25% deduction to cover an administrative fee.

 

Should Southdown wish to make a change to your booking, the customer has the option to:

1) a full refund or
2) move booking to an alternative time or date.

All payments made for original booking will be transferred to the new time/date.

 

Southdown cannot be held responsible for any other out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the customer due to unforeseen changes and/or cancellations.
