Booking Information & Cancellation Policy

What’s Included

  • We have over 100 traps/targets on site & up to 10 traps/targets on our dedicated Corporate area
  • Our range of guns includes 12 & 20 bore & also 410 suitable for younger participants
  • Ear and eye protection is provided and is mandatory for all to wear
  • Minimum age for clays is 10 years

General

  • Full instruction & a safety briefing will be provided by our Instructors
  • Activities are supervised by our trained staff at all times
  • We recommend participants dress for the weather (wet weather gear, warm clothing etc) and sensible footwear at all times.
  • Larger groups are split into teams of up to a maximum of 6 people per Instructor.
  • Participants must not be under, or suspected to be under, the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or prescription drugs. We have the right to refuse anyone who we suspect is under the influence of drink or drugs.
  • We have a cafe which offers hot and cold food.  Food can be pre-ordered for larger groups.
  • We endeavour to ensure you/your group will not be kept waiting and ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the booked start time
  • If your party is late we will do all we can to accommodate you, however other groups who have arrived on time will take priority and your experience time may have to be cut short.  If it is not possible to offer you an alternative time due to late arrival the full cost of your experience is due.
  • If you wish to change/cancel your booking please note our cancellation terms as below.
  • Activities go ahead in all weathers.  If we decide to close the club due to weather conditions or for any other reasons we will endeavour to notify you in advance and will arrange an alternative date/time with you.  If we are open and you/your party cancel on the day or do not turn up due to weather (or for any other reason) our cancellation terms apply.

Cancellations or Changes

Should you (the Customer) wish to make a change to your booking:
  • Bookings can be amended (date, time or number of people) up to 72 hours prior to activity (booked) date without charge. Any adjustments are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations or changes within 72 hours of activity (booked) date are subject to full charge.  This includes no-shows on the day.
  • A refund of a Southdown gift voucher will incur a 25% deduction to cover an administrative fee.
 Should Southdown need to make a change to your booking you have the option to:
1) a full refund, or
2) move booking to an alternative time or date*
*All payments made for the original booking will be transferred to the new time/date.
Southdown cannot be held responsible for any other out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the customer due to unforeseen changes and/or cancellations.
