Booking Conditions

Should the customer wish to make a change to their booking:

– Bookings can be amended (date, time or number of people) up to 7 days prior to the original booking date. Any adjustments are subject to availability.

– Cancellations, reductions in numbers and/or no-shows on the day under 7 days prior to the booking date will result in the full cost being due.

– A refund of a Southdown gift voucher will incur a 25% deduction to cover an administrative fee.

Should Southdown wish to make a change to your booking, the customer has the option to:

1) a full refund of any deposit paid or
2) move their booking to an alternative time or date.
Any deposit already paid will be transferred to the new time/date.

Southdown cannot be held responsible for any other out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the customer due to unforeseen changes and/or cancellations.
