Do you want to reward your team for a job well done? Or hold a sales meeting with an activity afterwards? A staff day out at Southdown Gun Club and Activity Centre is a great way to entertain and reward your staff, whilst introducing them to a sport they may not have tried before.
Our corporate clay shooting challenge is the most popular outdoor team building activity and is designed to suit all abilities, from the complete beginner to a more experienced shot. Beginners will benefit from full coaching, but if your group is more experienced they can enjoy a different selection of targets on our award-winning sporting layout.

What does the day involve?
Our clay pigeon experience includes a full safety briefing from our Head Coach, supervision and coaching by qualified Southdown instructors, all the necessary PPE including eye and ear protection, a varied selection of have-a-go targets, all the ammunition needed and a range of shotguns, with smaller calibres with lower recoil as required.

Outdoor Team Building Experiences
Perhaps you are looking to try something completely different, or maybe you would like a full day’s entertainment? Then why not treat your staff to an archery, air gun range or axe throwing experience? We have a variety of activities available to help you reward your team for all of their hard work available on our team building experience in Sussex.
Our staff reward days can be organised for as few as six participants up to 100 or more. They are a fantastic way for teams to socialise and bond outside of the office – we can also host your Christmas Party if you are looking to try something a bit different to celebrate this year!
