Our corporate function room is fitted out and equipped to host all manner of meetings and events. Accommodating 20-30 people, our installations include full equipment for  IT for presentations and WiFi. You can opt to hire our corporate function room as a stand-alone facility, or you may prefer to consider one of our corporate clay pigeon shooting packages, which include the use of this room.

If you’re looking to rent a meeting room for a day, why not consider our corporate clay shooting packages? Our clay pigeon shooting experience makes for a fun and unforgettable activity for corporate entertainment or staff days out. Our clay pigeon shooting corporate package includes the use of our corporate function room, so why not combine your meeting or event with our clay pigeon shooting experience? 

Our clay pigeon experience includes a full safety briefing from our Head Coach, supervision and coaching by qualified Southdown instructors, all the necessary PPE including eye and ear protection, a varied selection of have-a-go targets, all the ammunition needed and a range of shotguns, with smaller calibers with lower recoil as required. Ask about our trophy package and hold a mini competition where you can give prizes for the “top gun”, “top lady gun”, “top team”…oh and don’t forget the “save the clay” award for the shooter who has let the most clays get away unscathed!!

Marquee Hire

As an alternative to our corporate function room, or in addition, Southdown Gun Club can provide marquee hire facilities for large outdoor events– hire rates based on date of event, requirements and dressing.

Catering

Alongside our meeting or training room hire we offer a variety of hospitality options to suit your budget, including breakfast on arrival, formal lunches, buffets,  BBQ’s and refreshments.

The Gun club cafe offers a range of hot and cold food, breakfast options and a lunchtime menu. From tea and cake to copious meals, we can accommodate most requests subject to availability. Corporate Branding

Shout about your brand! Bring branding along to dress the corporate function room or other parts of our facilities and help promote your company, products or event. We have plenty of space for your promotional material such as flags, banners and displays. If you have an exhibition stand or want to bring products with you, these can be strategically placed near the clubhouse, shooting stands, in our car park if applicable or by the marquee. We’re happy to help site promotional materials, and the ground will be available to dress the day before your event. Don’t forget to mention your branding requirements when discussing your corporate function room hire.
